It's always a thrill to help new buyers find the perfect Midtown condo. And in this case, I owe the world to my VIP client, Kat, who continues to send me friends and family. Gisselle and Aaron looked at only about eight condos over the course of two weekends before making an offer on a unit in Viewpoint (where I also sold Unit 1603 in January 2019). It's by far my favorite Midtown high-rise due to the floorplans, amenities, and proximity to everything. The views are amazing, regardless of which side you're on. The NE corners are great because you look east all the way to Stone Mountain while still getting a northwestern view of all the Midtown towers going up. And probably a bit of the sunset, too. Today was the last day of Due Diligence, and I think they're really thrilled that the Seller basically accepted everything they asked for. Here's to closing in early March and the start of their next chapter as homeowners just a few blocks from where they currently rent.
