OK, so my real estate podcast is just over a year old now, and I recently recorded Episode 22 in December 2020. Going forward for the next round, I'm likely going to interview people to spice things up. Maybe some clients. Maybe some partners. Maybe some vendors. Maybe some other agents that I admire. More to learn and share in the new year. I redid the artwork (the purple face was a bit too much), but I have no explanation for the twins since there aren't two of me. I guess I was super-creative that day. Not entirely relevant or related, but I started a second podcast in December 2020 called "The Background Scoop." You can find it on Apple and other platforms. It's about background acting in Atlanta, a side gig of mine I've explored since October 2019. Hey, we're in Y'allywood, so why not? I just spent nine weeks in a COVID-free bubble making a Netflix movie called Red Notice, and as much as I loved the experience, it's great to be home!
