This was a very fun condo to list. The owner had great furnishings and artwork (painted by her boyfriend), so I just had to add a few things for staging (dining, barstools, and accessories to boot). We were under contract in 16 days after just seven showings and got 98% of her asking price. As I tell all of my clients, the three things that sell your home are 1) price, 2) condition, and 3) marketing. Spend the time upfront to make it look spectacular and use data from recent sales of comparable homes to set a realistic price. Finally, use social media to creatively tell the world about it. That's how you sell a home quickly.
